All items are made to order.

Once your order has been processed, it is sent into production.
2. Production Time
Because our products are print-on-demand, each item is individually produced after your order is placed.

3. Shipping Times
After production, your order is shipped.

- Canada: 5–10 business days (after production)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Canadian orders may occasionally experience customs processing delays. Any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

If an order is returned to sender due to an address issue, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, Rooted Era Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:
