At Rooted Era Collective, every item is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because our products are printed on demand, we do not keep inventory and cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or changes of mind.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size ordered

Incorrect color ordered

Change of mind

Accidental purchases

Preference-based concerns (e.g., deciding you no longer want the item)
Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and color options carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
To qualify for a replacement or refund:

Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Include your order number.

Provide clear photographs showing the issue.
Once the issue has been reviewed and verified, we may offer:

A replacement item at no additional cost, or

A refund to the original payment method.
The 30-day window begins on the date of delivery and includes weekends and holidays. In most cases, damaged or defective items do not need to be returned.
Lost or Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Rooted Era Collective is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may offer a replacement order at the customer's expense or provide a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
Order Cancellations
Because orders enter production quickly, cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours of purchase.
Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
Color & Print Variations
Please note that actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and printing processes.
Minor variations in print placement, color tone, or garment texture are considered normal and are not considered defects.
