1. Ordering
How do I place an order?
Simply select your product, choose your size and options, and complete checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly. You may request changes or cancellations within 2 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production and cannot be modified.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. A confirmation email is sent automatically after checkout. If you do not see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.
2. Production & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within the United States and Canada.
How long does production take?
All items are made to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days.
How long does shipping take?
After production:

United States: 3–7 business days

Canada: 5–10 business days (may vary by location and customs processing)
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Why is my order taking longer than expected?
Delays may occur due to production volume, carrier delays, weather, or customs processing for Canadian orders. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color preference, or change of mind.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund if approved.
Do I need to return damaged items?
In most cases, no. Photo evidence is typically sufficient for review.
Can I exchange for a different size?
We do not offer size exchanges. Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.
4. Sizing & Product Information
How do I choose the right size?
Each product includes a sizing chart. We recommend comparing measurements to a similar item you already own for the best fit.
Do your products run true to size?
Fit may vary slightly depending on the product and material. Please refer to each product description for specific fit details.
Will colors look exactly like the photos?
Due to screen differences and printing processes, slight color variations may occur. These are normal and not considered defects.
Are all items exactly as shown?
Minor differences in print placement, fabric texture, or color tone may occur due to the made-to-order process.
5. Payments & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and secure payment methods offered at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through encrypted, secure payment providers. We do not store payment details.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
What if my package says delivered but I didn’t receive it?
Please check with neighbors, household members, and your local carrier. Sometimes packages are marked delivered early.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us and we will assist in opening a carrier claim if needed.
Are you responsible for stolen packages?
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
7. Canada Orders & Customs
Will I have to pay customs fees or taxes on Canadian orders?
Some Canadian orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on local regulations. These charges are determined by Canadian authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Why might Canadian orders take longer?
Canadian shipments may experience additional delays due to customs processing, which is outside our control.
